Can they really charge me with this? The answer is yes.

Can they convict you of it? That is the million-dollar question that you will want to know next. Talk to the lawyer that are coming to you about helping you with your criminal case.

Deputies came to my house and woke me from sleeping asking for someone. At that time they were not there and I didn't know where they were like I said they woke me from sleeping.. After they left that person came in the house and they kicked the door in and charged me with aiding and abetting. This person was charged with simple traffic violations and was notified by the arresting officor that charges had been dropped. Can they really charge me with this? We have had nothing but harrassment from this County Department and I have lawyers coming to me saying that I have a case against the county but I am worried that it will only cause more problems for me. I have tried talking to everyone about this matter but since it concerns the County and court systems making a mistake I am getting no where with it and we have both lost our jobs due to this harrassment!!! I am seeking answers and help with these matters... Thank you
