		<description>Thank you for your comment.  I&#039;m going to take a pass on helping you with this project, though.  I think the reason some, not all, courts will allow lawyers in with their cell phones is that they know that court is the place that lawyers get their work done.  I don&#039;t think it is discriminatory in nature, and, to be sure, if a lawyer is not respectful of the court&#039;s policies (i.e., forgets to put their phone on silent, and it repeatly goes off), then that lawyer won&#039;t be welcome in that court for long.

I would put this in the category of &quot;a battle not worth fighting.&quot;  But good luck with it.</description>
